JOB DESCRIPTION
As Head of Commercial Strategy, reporting directly to the Sourcing Excellence Director, you will be a key part of the Sourcing Excellence Central Organization, working to improve Group Commercial Methodologies, Processes & Tooling.
You will be responsible for defining Commercial, Pricing & Offer Management strategies and methodologies to drive sustainable & profitable growth.
You will manage a team of Project Managers & Business Process Owners.
TASKS
Drive growth by identifying, proposing, and implementing new commercial methodologies and strategies.
Manage strategic projects related to Commercial & Pricing, assessing their business cases and prioritizing based on value for Veepee, Brands & Members.
Set pricing and shipping fee guidelines and methodologies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Establish key objectives & KPIs to measure the impact on business performance.
Collaborate with the Data Team to leverage relevant data sources for monitoring commercial & pricing activities.
Propose efficient processes & tools to sourcing teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Manage team growth, prioritize work, recruit, and develop team skills.
Required Skills:
At least 8 years of professional experience in Sales, Consulting, or related fields.
Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
Experience in Marketing & Sales, Finance, or Strategic Consulting preferred.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within complex organizations.
Leadership experience in managing teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL is a plus.
Fluent in Business English.
