Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat related to products and services.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
* Experience in customer service roles preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
* Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
