Responsibilities:You are responsible for the organization, proper execution of public contracts, and compliance with administrative and budgetary procedures:You oversee the terms and deadlines of the organization’s major contracts and supplier agreements. You regularly negotiate with external parties with integrity. You ensure the implementation, management, and renewal of contractual commitments within the required timeframes.For a purchase request, you analyze risks and opportunities and take the necessary measures to mitigate these risks. You think in terms of solutions and advise the client.You monitor the performance of the suppliers based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this as a basis for developing a plan to improve relationships and services.You translate functional requirements into specific specifications in cooperation with the client or supplier. You analyze, standardize, and compile their questions and needs, and translate them into an action plan.You manage a contract request from start to finish: you plan and ensure deadlines are met using the tools available for each phase (validation, delivery, etc.). You create contingency plans and necessary documentation to ensure business continuity.Based on your expertise, you propose improvements to the special specifications. You share your experience and expertise with the team.
