Report to the station manager, be responsible for on-site operational coordination during a shift, and assist drivers in unloading and sorting goods upon their arrival at the station;
* Master the delivery process and monitor the efficiency and quality of driver delivery.
* Be responsible for the daily training and implementation of the driver business system and SOPs, ensuring that all employees are familiar with and grasp the system.
* Collaborate with the customer service team, handle customer inquiries via phone, and monitor the delivery experience.
