Tijdens deze stage ondersteun je het Backorder Recovery (BOR) team binnen Service, Operations & Technology in Gent. Dit team zorgt ervoor dat kritieke onderdelen zo snel mogelijk bij onze servicecentra terechtkomen, zodat voertuigen terug de baan op kunnen. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: • opvolgen van urgente BORorders en zorgen voor tijdige statusupdates • informatie verzamelen en controleren • mee bepalen van de juiste prioriteiten voor kritieke leveringen • duidelijk en professioneel communiceren met interne stakeholders • ondersteunen in dagelijkse processen van de BORcoördinator (incl. eventuele vakantievervanging) Naast operationele taken krijg je de kans om één of meerdere verbeterprojecten op te nemen: • digitaliseren van manuele processen • analyseren van de BORbacklog en het identificeren van oorzaken van vertragingen • analyseren van leveranciersperformance en voorstellen van verbeteracties Jouw toekomstig team Je komt terecht in een internationaal, gedreven en oplossingsgericht team binnen SO&T. Urgentie, samenwerking en efficiënte communicatie staan centraal. Elke dag werk je samen met servicecentra, leveranciers en interne partners om de meest kritieke logistieke cases op te lossen.
