We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through sales development and people recruitment.
Key Responsibilities

* Identify and recruit top talent to support business expansion
Sales Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, identify potential targets, pitch contact in an Omnichannel approach, get recruitment requests, identify suitable candidates, close leads
People Recruitment: Identify and recruit top talent, screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral, call potential candidates, assess suitability for roles, make interviews and selection, close the hiring, communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels, update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
Requirements
* Strong business development skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and autonomously
* Knowledge of IT, Telecoms, and Technology sectors
* Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus
