Our client, a family holding company in Luxembourg, investing in education and sustainable energies is expanding the Luxembourg team. The company, throughout its investments, desires to have a positive impact on both society and environment. As Accounting and Administrative Coordinator, you will be an important player to make the accounting and administrative process run smoothly. You will work under the direct supervision of the Financial and Administrative Manager. Your Role
* Overseeing the administrative operations of the group’s entities (investment companies).
* Responsible for the execution of accounting processes across the group’s entities.
* Handling financial control and reporting processes for the group’s entities.
* Handling regulatory compliance and KYC procedures for the group’s entities.
* Overseeing HR Administrative management for the group's employees (10 people).
* Providing support for the holding activities.
* Support to Management in the organization of presentations or events.
Your Profile
* A Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
* 3 years of experience in a similar role in a fiduciary or financial services company
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and/or Canva
* Fluency in French and good command of English are required
* A dynamic and can-do attitude
