The Risk department is about to reshape and modernize the entire package of regulatory and internal reporting tools for the Group. To achieve this objective, the data collection process will be carried out through the Microsoft Data Platform, introducing a new approach designed to enhance the company's overall efficiency. The data will then be transformed and used to produce a large part of the Group Risk reporting through the WKFS Riskpro tool, and, for some reports, through Risk EUC and Power BI reports/dashboards, providing stakeholders with a clearer and more comprehensive view of the company's data management.
Responsibilities
You will gather and structure Risk Business Rules, giving you the opportunity to influence core methodological choices and contribute directly to robust risk management practices.
You will define detailed transformation rules for delivering Risk reporting within WKFS Risk Pro, allowing you to deepen your expertise on both regulatory requirements and advanced reporting tools.
You will design and document functional and data quality control use cases, strengthening your analytical skills while shaping high‑quality testing frameworks.
You will perform functional unit testing and data quality checks, giving you hands‑on impact on the reliability and accuracy of critical risk data.
You will prepare and support UAT phases, organising, monitoring issues, and facilitating resolutions, placing you at the center of collaboration between stakeholders.
Your profile
You are experienced in the banking sector and understand the dynamics and constraints of financial environments.
You are skilled in Risk reporting topics, including Irrbb and related regulatory frameworks.
You are familiar with WKFS Risk Pro and know how to leverage the tool to meet reporting and compliance requirements.
You are proficient in testing management and execution, with a structured and methodical approach.
You are fluent in French and English, enabling smooth communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
