At LolaLiza, we're looking for a performance-driven, analytical, and commercially minded Marketplace Merchandiser to optimize and coordinate our e-commerce activity on key marketplaces.
Your Mission
You'll be at the heart of LolaLiza's online fashion performance, ensuring our collections, looks, and key pieces are well merchandised, visible, and available across platforms such as Zalando, La Redoute, and Wehkamp.
Your mission: optimize assortment, stock, and commercial performance across marketplaces — making sure customers find the right styles, in the right quantities, at the right moment.
Your Responsibilities
* Monitor commercial & stock performance
Track daily sales, margins, sell-through, returns, and stock coverage. Identify bestsellers and slow movers, anticipate risks, and propose actions to optimize stock rotation and availability.
* Analyze performance with a merchandising mindset
Turn data into clear insights. Understand why products, categories, or styles perform differently and translate findings into concrete merchandising and commercial actions.
* Optimize assortment & style mix
Work closely with buying, merchandising, and pricing teams to ensure a balanced, attractive, and well-stocked assortment aligned with LolaLiza's fashion DNA, seasonal trends, and customer expectations.
* Support pricing & commercial actions
Contribute to pricing decisions, markdown strategies, and promotional actions, while monitoring their impact on performance and stock levels.
* Ensure product content quality
Guarantee accurate, appealing, and brand-aligned product listings (images, descriptions, attributes) to maximize conversion and customer experience.
* Manage marketplace relationships
Act as a key contact for marketplace partners, understanding their merchandising guidelines, tools, and opportunities to improve visibility and performance.
* Coordinate campaigns & launches
Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, drops, and key fashion moments, and provide post-campaign performance and stock analyses.
* Report & communicate insights
Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports, sharing key priorities, risks, and opportunities with internal teams.
Your Profile
* Strong analytical & merchandising mindset: you enjoy working with numbers, products, and stock to drive commercial performance.
* Stock & assortment sensitivity: you understand the importance of availability, depth, and balance across categories and styles.
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills: comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
* Tech-savvy: at ease with marketplaces, e-commerce tools, CRM systems, and data platforms.
* Commercially driven: you understand what drives sales and customer engagement in online fashion.
* Curious & proactive: always looking to improve performance, processes, and customer experience.
* Languages: fluent in English, with a good command of either French or Dutch.
* Big plus: experience in stock management, digital sales, or performance analysis within retail and/or marketplace environments.
