CEO/New Business Developer - Wealth Management Scale-Up

Join Us as CEO/New Business Developer for a Wealth Management Scale-Up.

Are you ready to lead a bold new offering in the wealth management sector? We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer/New Business Developer to drive growth in our digital/hybrid wealth management scale-up, focusing on the Belgian market. Collaborate with Allianz Global Investors and leverage local expertise to develop our brand and establish white-label partnerships for our innovative platform.

Your Mission?

* Strategic Execution: Translate strategy into actionable plans, driving client acquisition through organic distribution and new partnerships.
* Public Leadership: Serve as the face of the scale-up, positioning it as a modern, competitive choice for clients with over €250K in investable wealth.
* Team Building: Lead and inspire a high-performing team across wealth management, relationship management, marketing, and operations.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Work with the Board and key stakeholders to achieve strategic goals, ensuring delivery through measurable KPIs.
* Growth Preparation: Maintain high standards of service and compliance, preparing the organization for expansion into the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

* Financial Services Expert: Significant experience in investment advisory, private banking, family offices, or asset management; knowledge of life insurance is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial Leader: Thrive in fast-paced environments, inspiring teams and scaling businesses from strategy to execution.
* Customer-Centric Visionary: Deep understanding of affluent and UHNW customer needs, blending digital and human advisory for exceptional experiences.
* Resourceful and Accountable: Foster a high-performing culture, operating with ownership and accountability, with a strong personal and professional network.
* Stakeholder Manager: Excel in managing relations with regulatory bodies, institutions, and clients, communicating with clarity and impact.

Desired profile?

We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA, CFA, or other advanced certifications being a plus. You should have over 10 years of experience in financial services or fintech, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or founder role with a proven track record in business development. A background in wealth management, digital platforms, or hybrid investment distribution is essential. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, along with an entrepreneurial spirit that drives innovation and growth.
