Your Role As a key member of the Marketing team, our future Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist will own the visual identity and day-to-day social ecosystem of Soil Capital. You aren’t just “posting”; you are managing our digital reputation and bringing our mission to life through high-quality design and contents including video. Key Responsibilities [Graphic Design & Branding] Guardian of the brand guidelines across all channels to ensure a premium, cohesive look. Marketing Collateral: Designing high-impact infographics, layouts, and presentation documents for our corporate partners mainly. Creative Brainstorming: Partnering with our Content Specialist to turn complex agricultural data and insight into digestible visual stories. [Social Media & Community Management] Operational Management: Taking full initiative for the day-to-day management of our social corporate social channels (LinkedIn and YouTube). End-to-End Video Production: (Core Requirement) Creating engaging video content from scratch—from concept and storyboarding to filming and post-production (reels, interviews, motion graphics). Copywriting: Crafting compelling captions in both French and English. Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments/queries in a timely, professional manner to grow and nurture the Soil Capital community. Growth & Takes initiative: Social media benchmarking and reporting on performance to optimize our reach.
