Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will oversee the following tasks:
1. Initiate and follow public relations actions with potential, new, as well as established clients.
2. Implement commercial agreement signed with our client and ensure that products delivered comply with those agreements
3. Ensure and centralize fluid communication between the client and the operations department.
4. Provide necessary information and documents to the operations department to warrant a perfect service to the client
5. Inform the client about problems faced and solutions implemented to solve them
6. Anticipate, prepare and manage clients’ visits and audits, perform written reporting to the Country General Manager
7. Follow appropriate recording / reporting procedures related to commercial activities.
8. Understand relevant political and legislative issues to establish / facilitate new business activity / renewal of contracts.
9. Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead to improvement.
Human Resources
10. Evaluate talent of team members and drive actions to address performance issues and/or behavioral concerns.
11. Enhance employee morale by engaging in engagement and establishing an environment of trust and respect.
12. Handle employee and management concerns and escalate concerns to the HR department.
Perfil
13. At least 5 years of experience in Inflight catering
14. Master Degree in International Business
15. Strong public relations skills supported by excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
16. English, and Dutch fluent.
17. Excellent computer skills.
18. Dynamic, extroverted, results oriented.
