Our client in MedTech is seeking a passionate and driven Business Developer to help expand their global presence within clinical trials. If you have a strong background in biomedical sciences, biotech, medical devices, or neuroscience, and you’re eager to bridge innovation with patient impact, this could be the opportunity for you.


In this role, you’ll use your business development expertise to identify and secure new opportunities in clinical trials. You will engage with stakeholders across healthcare, research, pharma, and biotech to translate cutting-edge technology into tailored clinical solutions. Alongside expanding the commercial pipeline, you’ll play a key part in strengthening brand visibility and ensuring continuous service optimization through client feedback.

This is a high-impact position offering the chance to grow within a fast-scaling MedTech environment.


Key responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new clinical trial opportunities to ensure a robust and sustainable sales pipeline
* Explore and develop new market segments for current and future service offerings
* Create compelling client-facing materials and customized proposals
* Lead strategic customer meetings, effectively demonstrating the capabilities of our client’s services
* Negotiate and close deals with stakeholders across the clinical and healthcare landscape
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in MedTech, pharma, and research institutions
* Represent our client at relevant conferences and industry events, helping position them as a trusted partner


Your profile

* BSc or MSc in life sciences (e.g., biomedical sciences, biotechnology, healthcare management, neuroscience, or related fields)
* At least 5 years of business development experience in the Healthcare or MedTech sector
* Strong understanding of scientific or clinical concepts, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear value propositions
* Comfortable navigating both hunting (new business) and farming (account management) activities
* Skilled communicator and charismatic storyteller with excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment
* Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability
* Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like MS Office, MS Teams, social media platforms, and CRM systems
* Fluent in English (French is a plus)
* Deeply motivated by delivering impactful solutions to improve patient outcomes
