As the ideal candidate, you are a competent FttH Build Technical Administrator who excels in combining technical acumen with administrative efficiency. If you possess a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, this position may be the perfect fit for you.
You monitor engineering activities related to the execution of scripts.
You ensure that script outputs are accurately made available in shared partner folders.
You check that the robot prepares the new BOM upload; request resets from SmartWork admin if necessary.
You mark addresses as white spots in Marlin to reduce workload for partners.
You verify that partners update their execution plans in a timely and accurate manner.
You assist in identifying synergies and canceling overlapping requests.
You update construction and material tasks in ongoing LLD files, including already booked costs.
You enrich LLD files with relevant notes, notifications, and audit information.
You maintain an E2E status overview per LLD file of all new, ongoing, and completed actions.
You document and validate issues according to established procedures; allocate to teams or partners appropriately; execute necessary data corrections.
You validate network build files with incorrect project statuses; coordinate with subcontractors; provide status updates and closure once documentation is complete.
For administrative and analytical tasks,
You collect, process, keep updated, and validate data and parameters.
You monitor control points and report status changes.
You extract and interpret reports from SmartWorks, Qlik, and other internal tools.
You prepare operational reports for management and stakeholders.
You support internal and external parties through clear communication and data analysis.
For stakeholder and partner management,
You actively communicate with FttH build partners.
You request, verify, and process status information.
You correctly allocate tasks to engineering, operations, or external teams.
What are we looking for?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical or administrative support role.
You possess strong administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and data affinity.
You have advanced knowledge of Excel and can interpret reports effectively.
You demonstrate a strong ability to understand technical inputs and translate them into actionable tasks.
You are a quick learner and can operate autonomously in complex, changing environments.
You are an excellent communicator, able to provide feedback to partners and engineers confidently.
You have experience with repetitive technical tasks and procedure-driven workflows.
You are proficient in Dutch and English.
You have experience in a telecom or FttH environment (preferred but not mandatory).
You are familiar with SmartWorks, Qlik, Marlin, GIS platforms (considered a plus).
You have experience with robotic automation or scripting (understanding, not execution).
You possess an analytical mindset to suggest improvements or automations (preferred).
