About the Job :
Great assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments. We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients.
Your missions:
* Participate in the development of new features and improvements related to digital channels in collaboration with the Product Owner
* Perform functional analysis and write detailed user requirements (user stories) with concrete acceptance criteria
* Stay in touch with prospect and customer needs (with marketing/business)
* Analyse user behaviour and statistics on the different channel(s)
* Define and conceive improvements
* Coordinate with IT, UX/UI and other stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Security,…)
* Have a view on the backlog & prioritization
* Follow up on development and provide support for the team during development
* Contribute in the scrum process and daily/weekly meetings
* Follow up on user testing
* Together with the test team, define & execute test plans and test cases
* Briefing of internal teams (contact center, admin) about changes
You have the following skills:
* Between 2 and 8 years of working experience in a business analyst role
* Experience in writing user stories, functional analysis and functional testing
* Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders
* Experience in customer needs analysis
* Experience regarding analysis and implementation of payment features in mobile apps is a plus
* Experience in digital channels, has worked on initiatives related to mobile apps or websites
* Has already worked with Agile / scrum methodology
* Affinity with digital and web
* Affinity with user experience
* Analytical skills
* Autonomous and proactive
* Project management
* Knowledge of banking and investment/trading products is a plus
* Experience with Content Management Systems
* Marketing experience (direct, above-the-line) is a plus
