Oracle SaaS overview, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, change control, delivery leadership
The Onshore Project Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, onshore teams, and vendor partners. The role demands strong project governance, communication, and delivery management skills, ensuring the implementation stays on time, within scope, and budget.
Project Planning & Execution
1. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines in alignment with client goals
2. Drive project execution using Oracle Implementation Methodology (OUM/AIM/TCM) or hybrid Agile-Waterfall approach
3. Monitor project progress, manage schedule and resources, and resolve blockers
Stakeholder Management
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership
5. Conduct steering committee meetings, status reviews, and risk escalation sessions
6. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Risk, Issues, and Change Management
7. Maintain risk registers, conduct impact assessments, and drive mitigation plans
8. Oversee change control procedures for scope, schedule, and cost adjustments
Team Management & Coordination
9. Collaborate with nearshore/onshore leads to assign and manage team tasks
10. Ensure resource availability, productivity, and role clarity across cross-functional teams
Compliance & Quality Assurance
11. Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and security standards
12. Oversee testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness
Reporting & Documentation
13. Prepare and present detailed dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports to stakeholders
14. Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle
15. 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle SaaS ERP (Financials, Procurement, SCM)
16. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, environments, and deployment models
17. Proven experience in managing multi-location delivery (onshore/onshore/nearshore)
18. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred
19. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills
20. Proficiency in MS Project / JIRA / Smartsheet and project tracking tools
21. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT, or Business
22. Hands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycles
23. Familiarity with integrations (OIC), data migration (FBDI), and reporting (BIP, OTBI)
24. Experience in public sector / manufacturing / BFSI industry projects a plus
25. Fluent in Dutch and French is a plus
26. Able to work 2-3 days onsite at the office in Brussel
