Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time role located in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area, but your projects can be in Netherlands or Belgium. Hybrid working from the office, the client with the option for partial remote work. As a Construction Process Manager, you will oversee and optimize construction and infrastructure project processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and sustainability. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing process improvement initiatives, managing project milestones, ensuring data accuracy, and driving compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align project goals with streamlined workflows and enhanced collaboration.
Qualifications
* Experience with process management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects and knowledge of project management principles
* Proficiency in information management, data validation, or systems such as BIM and linked data tools
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop improvement strategies
* Knowledge of sustainable and smart infrastructure design principles is a plus
* Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
