We are currently recruiting an IT Support Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Act as a front-line technical contact, delivering hands-on and remote assistance for end-user devices and workplace technology Prepare, deploy, and support workstations, mobile devices, printers, and associated hardware throughout their lifecycle Diagnose and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems with efficiency and attention to service quality Configure and manage operating environments, applications, and physical components to ensure stability and usability Proactively maintain systems through updates, patches, and performance checks Support IT governance by keeping security procedures, records, and compliance materials current Work closely with the ICT Manager to escalate issues, implement enhancements, and optimize infrastructure Educate employees on safe and effective use of technology, including internal policies and cybersecurity awareness Uphold organizational standards related to data protection, information security, and IT best practices Deliver a consistently high level of service to colleagues across all company locations
Fluent in English and French (or Dutch) A technical or engineering-focused degree (or equivalent experience) with roughly 2–3 years in an IT support or infrastructure role Practical, adaptable, and curious, with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to expand your technical skill set Resourceful and versatile, able to handle a wide range of technical challenges Highly reliable, service-driven, and attentive to user needs Comfortable working collaboratively while also capable of operating independently
monthly salary in line with experience.
