Founded in 2015, Sunward Europe Heavy Industry is experiencing strong growth and is currently looking for a Spare-Parts Coordinator to strengthen its European team.
Role Description
As a Spare-Parts Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Sunward's European dealer network and ensuring efficient spare parts logistics across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspondence with dealers in whole Europe regarding spare parts orders and inquiries
- Handling all matters relating to logistical issues (availability, identification of references, deliveries, customs…)
- Contribution to the optimization and coordination of full order cycle,
- Contribution to the spare part stock management strategy
- Liaising and negotiation with some local European suppliers
- Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of the department
Your Profile:
- Strong customer satisfaction mindset
- Flexible, communicative, and cooperative working style
- Very good command of English and a good level of a second European language (German, Italian, or French)
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts logistics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Exact Globe, SAP)
- Proficient in MS Office
