Jobomschrijving
You provide expert
legal advice
and support across all areas of our client's operations, ensuring
compliance
with applicable laws and regulations.
You
draft ,
review, and
negotiate
complex
contracts
and agreements with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
You manage and analyze
legal risks
related to
corporate
governance, regulatory compliance, projects/strategic initiatives and operational activities.
You handle
dispute
resolution
and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
You handle the legal aspect of annual accounts,
Board of Directors & Shareholders topics.
You proactively monitor
legislative
and
regulatory
developments impacting our client and advise management on implications. You create a legal watch actionable by your colleagues.
You act as a
legal risk gatekeeper, engaging directly with C-level executives to challenge, shape, and clear strategic decisions from a legal and regulatory standpoint.
You collaborate closely with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to ensure legal alignment in projects and initiatives.
You maintain accurate and timely documentation of all legal files in the central system and ensure proper reporting to management.
