Role Description
This is a full time, on site Project Manager Pharma role located in Geel. The Project Manager takes ownership of projects covering the introduction and modification of process and mechanical equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, tanks, and dryers. Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, building and managing project planning and budgets, defining engineering and technical scope, leading commissioning and qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ), managing contractors and site follow up, performing risk analyses (HAZOP, FMEA), troubleshooting technical issues, and drafting and maintaining technical dossiers and SOPs. The Project Manager will also act as the central point of communication between internal teams, external contractors, and the client, in both Dutch and English.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to lead complex industrial and pharmaceutical projects from concept to handover.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a chemical or pharmaceutical production environment.
* Strong working knowledge of commissioning and qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) within a GxP context.
* Solid grasp of risk analysis methodologies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
* Demonstrated experience in contractor management and on site execution follow up.
* Hands on, analytical, and results oriented working style.
* Excellent organizational, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders while keeping attention to detail.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or an equivalent technical field.
* Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
