What’s the Role?
As a Sales Executive, you will work from our office in Brussels. Your job is to develop relationships with food & beverage producers, explain how our certification helps them grow, and drive sales success. This is a sales-driven role where you will:
* Engage with international F&B brands – Reach out to food and drink producers, explain our evaluation and certification process, and help them see the value.
* Develop new business opportunities – Use creativity and social selling to generate leads and fuel the growth pipeline.
* Maximize customer success – Advise award winners on the best ways to promote their achievements.
* Represent us at industry events – Attend top national and international food & beverage trade shows to connect with new leads and showcase the Taste Institute.
* Support blind tasting events – Work with our team to organize professional tastings conducted by a jury of world-class chefs and sommeliers.
* Collaborate with management – Provide insights and customer testimonials to enhance our value proposition.
* Contribute beyond sales – Depending on your skills and interests, you’ll have opportunities to work on projects across different areas of the business.
Who Are We Looking For?

Must-Have Qualifications:
* 1 to 4 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
* Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in an other European language
* A Hunter mindset – you have a strong appetite for business development, you are competitive, results-oriented and you have a taste for challenge
* Outbound & inbound sales skills – You know how to engage potential clients effectively
* Social selling expertise – You leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to generate business
* Determination to help customers grow – You genuinely want to see your clients succeed
* Team player attitude – You collaborate well in a fast-moving international environment
* Tech Savviness - Previous experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
