The role
Our Belgian team is looking for a Sales Manager who will be part of building and running our dealer sales operations. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey.

This is what you will do:

* Build and maintain our sales operations in our Belgian and Luxembourg Market, ensuring needs of all stakeholders are understood and met.

* Set and achieve sales targets that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets, in partnership with our dealers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with other departments within Zeekr, such as Sales, Fleet, Service and Logistics to ensure smooth business operations in Belgium & Luxembourg.

* Organize training and support to dealer sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell the manufacturer's vehicles. This could include product training, sales techniques, and customer service training.

* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr management.

* Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

* Experience of leading regional sales teams focused within the automotive industry, ideally for an automotive OEM, an importer, or a large dealer group.

* A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.

* Solution oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.

* Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.

* Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.

* Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.

* Excellent knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language, both spoken and written.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

* Degree in Business or similar is a nice-to-have.
