About This Role
This role acts as a bridge between the payment provider and various internal teams, ensuring smooth integrations and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving the overall performance and user experience of our payment solutions by analysing system performance and data, using insights to drive improvements.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintaining and overseeing the payment authorisation system to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
* Configuring and monitoring the platform to address issues proactively and minimize downtime.
* Acting as the primary point of contact with the payment service provider, handling technical communication and troubleshooting.
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to integrate the payment system with various IT infrastructures.
* Ensuring seamless data flows and communication between interconnected platforms.
* Working closely with operations and support teams to address system issues and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* Previous experience as a Software Integrator or in a similar role, with a focus on system integration.
* Exposure to the payments industry is a plus.
The ideal candidate should have excellent mastery of English (understanding, spoken, and written) and very good mastery of French and/or Dutch (understanding and spoken).
