About the Role
We are supporting a leading insurance company in Belgium in their search for a Domain / Solution Architect to join the Corporate Clients department. This role is focused on shaping functional architecture and defining strategic targets within a complex enterprise environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and drive domain architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions
* Leverage SAP to design and implement strategic roadmaps and target architectures
* Ensure consistency and alignment across systems, especially within corporate client solutions
* Collaborate with IT teams, product owners, and business units on large-scale initiatives
* Contribute to integration strategies, including SaaS and package-based solutions
* Participate in governance, standards definition, and architectural best practices
Your Profile
* 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, including experience as a Domain or Solution Architect
* Strong functional mindset (non-technical focus) with the ability to translate business needs
* Solid experience with SAP, especially in strategic and architectural contexts
* Good knowledge of SQL and .NET environments
* Experience with DDL and integration of packaged/SaaS solutions
* Background in large-scale enterprise environments and/or major transformation projects
* Experience in the insurance sector is a strong asset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
