We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver Business Solutions projects within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on planning, managing, and delivering IT projects that support business capabilities across financial and industrial domains. These projects primarily involve satellite systems and digital platforms connected to the broader enterprise landscape. Knowledge of SAP ecosystems and integrations would be beneficial. Typical projects may include initiatives such as E-Invoicing platforms, low-code development solutions, digital work permit systems, and other enterprise applications integrated within the wider IT landscape.
Responsibilities The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT and Business Solutions projects, including: • Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define and execute project plans, considering costs, resources, timelines, scope, risks, governance, RACI, ROI, and quality. • Applying Group project management methodologies and tools. • Ensuring project schedule and budget adherence. • Managing the deployment or decommissioning of solutions, supervising both technical and functional aspects while ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance expectations. • Organizing, participating in, and leading project governance forums, including steering committees and operational monitoring meetings. • Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. • Building strong working relationships with business stakeholders, user representatives, infrastructure teams, support teams, and maintenance teams. • Producing project reporting and status updates for governance bodies. • Supporting the selection of software vendors and system integrators where required. • Ensuring successful project closure and transition to RUN/operations teams. • Managing projects in accordance with IT department governance, including load monitoring, reporting, RFC management, and alert management. • Supporting business teams where required in data quality initiatives, such as database cleaning and deduplication, following Group methodologies.
Contract • Initial contract duration: 6 months • Start date: Target onboarding September (or earlier if possible) • On-site requirement: Minimum 2 days per week on site • Occasional international travel may be required depending on project scope
Essential Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering enterprise business solutions • Experience working with V-cycle or W-cycle project delivery methodologies • Experience with Agile project management approaches • Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience • Fluent English (mandatory) • Prince2 or PMP certification • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
Desirable Skills • Knowledge of enterprise system environments and integrations, including exposure to SAP landscapes • Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments • French language skills strongly preferred • Dutch/Flemish considered a plus
