Your new role
As an Application Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a small, agile team responsible for the stability and performance of a core business application. Your mission will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing incidents and resolving technical issues efficiently.
2. Handling service requests such as access rights and configuration updates.
3. Monitoring application performance and supporting production environments.
4. Using Jira to track and document support activities.
You’ll work from the office one day per week (typically on Mondays), with flexibility for the rest of the week based on your level of autonomy and coordination with the team.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset. You should have:
5. A few years of experience in application support or IT operations.
6. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with ticketing tools like Jira.
7. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of at least Dutch or French.
8. A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
9. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
What you'll get in return

10. Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000, depending on experience.
11. Company car and €80/month net expense allowance.
12. 7% annual bonus, 13th month, double holiday pay.
