Small Business Fiduciary Services
We are seeking a qualified Corporate Officer to join our small and family-oriented PFS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing board meetings, and maintaining relationships with clients, notaries, and banks.
About the Role:
* You will manage a portfolio of SOPARFI clients from constitution to liquidation.
* You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing advice and support as needed.
* You will prepare board meetings, shareholders' meetings, and minutes.
* You will maintain records on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) and handle various publications.
* You will negotiate with clients, notaries, public authorities, and banks.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF, or asset management company in Luxembourg as a Corporate Officer.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
* Previous experience managing a client portfolio from constitution to liquidation.
