Senior Analytics Engineer – Data Platform (Snowflake + dbt)
About the role
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll be at the core of Immoweb’s modern Data Platform: shaping how raw data becomes reliable, analytics-ready information that powers decision-making across the company. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable dbt models in Snowflake, ensuring our data remains accurate, consistent, and well-documented.
What you’ll do
* Develop and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into clean, trusted, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
* Define and evolve data contracts, metrics, and semantic models across key business domains.
* Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and consistent data for insights and reporting.
* Apply best practices in testing, documentation, and version control to ensure data quality and reproducibility.
* Contribute to the architecture and evolution of Immoweb’s new data platform (bronze/silver/gold layers, CI/CD pipelines, data governance, and monitoring).
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, or advanced analytics.
* Strong SQL and dbt skills - including modeling, testing, and macro development.
* Hands-on experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
* Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ELT workflows, and tools in the modern data stack.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to partner effectively with product, data, and business teams.
