The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Operation Support Team Leader and be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality service administration for a defined CSO area.
* Managing internal orders and follow-up.
* Handling intercompany and customer billing for Service Engineers.
* Preparing administration for customer training.
* Managing and following up on service contracts.
* Ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements.
* Supporting travel arrangements for Service Engineers.
* Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
A successful Service Administrator should have:
* Minimum 2 years of administration experiences.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex subjects.
* Loves working in dynamic and challenging environment.
* Service Minded and good cooperation with other departments and colleagues.
* Self-driven, independent personality.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch and /or French.
* Good computer skills (MS office, Outlook, …) Knowledge of SAP is a big plus.
