We now wish to recruit a Project Information Manager for a large construction project in Belgium. This role will provide on-site Digital administrative support in a live project environment, with multiple disciplines using Document Management & Collaboration systems. The role would be suited to a candidate familiar with databases, data management, dashboard reporting, spreadsheets and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
This a fully site based position.
Responsibilities
1. Training to support Receipt Verification (RV) & Turnover process
2. Facilitate document and data management on various project systems
3. Identify & communicate construction data and documentation requirements to facilitate CM Turnover, timing and frequency of delivery.
Qualifications
4. Level 7 Primary degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Science related course is desirable but not a prerequisite.
5. Proven experience of Project Management or Construction environment
6. Experience of projects information & data requirements.
7. Digital era mindset with data centric approach to problem solving
8. Excellent organizational and communication skills
9. Strong training and mentoring skills
10. Strong work ethic, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
11. Develop and maintain good Client relations.
12. Set up appropriate communications and reporting structures (meeting, reports etc.), follow up on any Client queries or issues.
13. Support the Project Team(s) throughout project lifecycles
