Our client, a leading European technology and consulting company, is looking to hire an Account Manager to support and expand its business within the European Institutions market in Brussels.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing client accounts within the European Institutions sector.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Lead the full sales cycle, from client engagement through to contract award and delivery.
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to identify and secure the best talent for client requirements.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Support consultants throughout onboarding, project delivery, and performance reviews.
Ensure high levels of customer and consultant satisfaction.
Contribute to account growth strategies and revenue targets.
Requirements
European Institutions sector experience (must have).
Previous experience in recruitment, account management, sales, or business development.
Experience within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Fluent English is required; French and additional European languages are considered an advantage.
