In this context, MoneyOak is looking for a Scientific Analyst, a key role in supporting clients with the acquisition and management of tax incentives related to research and development (R&D) activities. This position combines scientific expertise and project management responsibilities, with the objective of identifying, documenting, and substantiating the innovative nature of projects before the relevant authorities, such as BELSPO and the tax administration.

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in client kick-off meetings to collect the required technical and administrative information;
* Analyze clients' activities and R&D projects through technical meetings with relevant teams (R&D, IT, management);
* Identify and assess R&D projects, evaluate their eligibility, and determine applicable R&D percentages;
* Structure and draft technical reports in compliance with Frascati guidelines, in line with the fiscal year requirements;
* Prepare and complete BELSPO declarations, including data entry and supporting documentation;
* Ensure regular client follow-up, both from a technical and administrative perspective, and collaborate closely with internal teams;
* Use AI-based tools to optimize research and data analysis related to clients' activities and projects.
Qualifications
* Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering or Scientific disciplines, including biotechnology, chemistry, physics, agriculture, or related fields;
* Fluent in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and in interactions with clients;
* Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to synthesize information, particularly for project description and documentation;
* Curious and open-minded profile, with a strong interest in a wide range of sectors and innovative projects;
* Interest in project management, combined with a structured and well-organized approach to work.
