💼 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IntelliMatch (DIM) Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our reconciliation platform. This role combines architectural ownership with hands-on technical expertise, playing a key role in delivering scalable and efficient reconciliation solutions across global banking systems.
You will act as a technical authority, guiding development, support, and functional teams while ensuring best practices, performance, and architectural integrity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Define and own end-to-end architecture for IntelliMatch (DIM) solutions
* Lead hands-on development, including configurations, enhancements, and automation
* Design and implement SQL-based reconciliation logic and workflows
* Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices
* Drive integration strategies between IntelliMatch and upstream/downstream systems
* Act as technical lead during delivery, ensuring quality across implementation, testing, and release
* Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and solution planning
* Analyze existing systems to identify performance and architectural improvements
* Maintain detailed architecture documentation and design artifacts

* ✔ IntelliMatch (DIM) experience (Version 20+)
* ✔ Strong hands-on experience in IntelliMatch architecture & development
* ✔ Advanced SQL / MS SQL Server expertise
* ✔ Experience in reconciliation / financial systems
* ✔ Ability to work hands-on + architect-level
⭐ Good to Have
* Experience with PowerShell / Python scripting
* Exposure to Azure / cloud platforms
* Experience with JIRA / Agile methodologies
* Banking or financial services domain experience
🎓 Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering
* 10+ years of experience in IntelliMatch (DIM) or similar reconciliation platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
