Job Description
Drive and execute changes to implement regulatory control outcomes.
Support the design and implementation of data, infrastructure, and reporting controls.
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to HSBC Group standards.
Analyse processes and data flows to identify gaps and propose improvements.
Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, data management, project or risk management within banking or finance.
Degree in business, information systems, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of finance systems, data processes, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with proven stakeholder management ability.
High attention to detail and ability to assess complex processes and large datasets.
Hands-on experience in process analysis and/or data management in banking or finance.
