* You act as the
automation lead
within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating closely with equipment engineers.
* You define and manage the
automation scope
for new production lines and machinery.
* You collaborate with multiple
machine builders
, ensuring compliance with internal standards and technical specifications.
* You contribute to the
conceptual design
, including interfacing, automation architecture, and drafting RFQs with equipment engineers.
* You follow up on the
detailed design phase
, including hardware components and software functionality while managing deviations from standards and escalation as needed.
* You support and actively participate in
commissioning and line start-up
at project locations.
* You review and contribute to
technical documentation and software design decisions
, and challenge
electrical schematics

What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering
, or a related technical field.
* You have
4–5 years of experience
in automation project engineering within an industrial environment.
* You have experience with
machine builders
; experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
* You possess strong knowledge of industrial automation platforms such as
Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley)
and
Siemens
.
* You are familiar with hybrid software concepts and interfacing between systems.
* You bring strong communication skills and can stand firm in technical discussions with external suppliers.
* You have a hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
