Optimise complex payroll processes by combining technical expertise with continuous improvement. As a Payroll Expert, you ensure accurate salary processing while helping to structure processes in an evolving environment. You act as a reference point within the team and contribute to the quality and reliability of HR operations in Belgium.

Your work location: Brussels
Zoom on the job:
* provide expertise in payroll, time management and post-payroll
* monitor legal and sector developments and translate them into concrete actions
* optimise payroll and timekeeping systems, testing new functionalities
* propose and implement improvements within the team
* create and maintain clear and structured documentation
* prepare and support internal and external payroll audits
* develop and share knowledge on international employment
* maintain relationships with external partners such as the social secretariat and the NSSO
Profile Come as you are, ideally with:
* minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and strong knowledge of social legislation
* expertise in SAP HR and interest in digital tools
* experience in payroll processing, timekeeping and post-payroll
* good command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
* analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail
* ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge
* excellent communication skills in French and Dutch
