Responsibilities
As the right‑hand of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store tasks and achieving sales results.
* Assist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
* Coach team members, schedule briefing meetings, and ensure everyone knows what to do.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience: advise, help, and provide service.
* Maintain an overview, optimize processes, and suggest improvements.
* Step in where needed: cash register, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and handling goods transport.

* Enthusiastic, flexible, and pragmatic.
* Comfortable with physical work.
* Leadership skills: know how to coach and manage people.
