Responsibilities
* Get excited when receiving a new dataset with millions of behavioral records
* Thrive on uncovering hidden insights, testing hypotheses, and drawing meaningful conclusions
* Simplify complex data into actionable customer segments, providing clear starting points for smart marketing campaigns
* Support colleagues with valuable insights, track campaign results, and refine segments by improving prediction models
* Design experimental frameworks for marketing teams and closely monitor their impact
Qualifications
* Analytical profile: excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Skills
* Statistical expertise
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
* Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
* Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
* Familiarity with database management and querying (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
