Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Group HR Process Manager.
This position will involve leading the implementation and optimization of global HRIS systems, as well as driving the design and governance of core HR processes across the international footprint.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building scalable HR infrastructure.
They will also possess a deep understanding of HR core processes, including performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational structure.
The selected candidate will be responsible for owning and rolling out EMPWR's global HRIS, standardizing and governing key HR processes across countries, delivering accurate HR data, dashboards, and insights to leadership, and driving cross-border HR projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR process ownership, preferably in an international and decentralized organization.
* Strong leadership skills, with ability to coordinate and lead transformation and digitization processes.
* Culturally sensitive, with ability to maximize adoption across countries.
* Strong process mindset, with eye for data quality.
* Passionate and experienced in building scalable HR infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of HR core processes (performance, compensation, organization management, data governance).
* Experienced with system implementation and vendor coordination.
* Internationally mobile and flexible, with ability to travel to various plants in Europe and the US to build relationships and manage projects.
