Main Responsibilities
* Collect necessary data to define legal inspections
* Maintain up-to-date inventories of assets subject to periodic legal controls
* Define strategies for legal control execution
* List required activities and draft work instructions
* Plan and carry out legal inspections, including coordination with approved external bodies
* Provide support to operational teams involved in or impacted by inspections
* Ensure compliance with all safety procedures (e.g., work permits, PLCA procedures)
* Report on the deployment and execution of inspections
* Implement continuous improvement loops for execution and implementation processes
* Provide technical expertise to help define improvement action plans
* Ensure all activities comply with GMP/GLP standards and company quality systems
Technical Skills Required
* Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to technical-pharmaceutical environments
* Strong analytical skills and ability to identify non-conformities
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Profile
* Technical or scientific background (e.g., Industrial Engineer or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a regulated environment (pharma, chemical, or food industry)
* Familiarity with GMP/GLP standards and Belgian legal compliance requirements
* Fluent in French and English
* Proficient in standard IT tools (MS Office Suite)
* Experience with electricity
