Key Responsibilities
* Perform business and functional analysis complete with acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
* Work with the Program Manager to shape program scope.
* Collaborate with architecture and IT teams to define realistic solution scenarios.
Requirements
* 7 years of experience in digital customer journeys.
* Sufficient experience in performing both business and functional (non-technical) analyses.
* Dutch language proficiency.
* French is an added bonus.
