This role is responsible for optimizing the search experience within a global webshop. You will analyze search data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement, conduct market research to benchmark our search performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze search-related data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement initiatives to optimize search performance.
* Manage search-related projects from inception to completion.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure deliverables meet technical requirements and quality standards.
* Coordinate with other product owners and business units to ensure a holistic approach to the customer experience.
