We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process payroll updates accurately and on time, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
3. Ensure compliance with local laws, company standards, and best practices.
4. Handle employees' administrative questions and claims.
In addition to these key responsibilities, this specialist will provide administrative support to the Proximity Development Partner for all existing Personnel Function processes.
