To support this expansion and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction, we are currently assisting them in their search for a Project Implementation Manager Functieomschrijving In this position you will translate and align the client strategy with the datadriven technology of JP.Cars, ensuring that each customer gains maximum value from the platform. You will take ownership of the full implementation process for new clients. At the same time, you will support a portfolio of existing clients through performance reviews, data analysis, and strategic adjustments, helping them unlock new value as their needs evolve. In this role you will combine business insight, analytical precision and clientfacing communication skills. You will guide new clients through every step of the onboarding process, from initial need assessment to full software implementation. You will maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities. You will translate business objectives into tailored data protocols within the system. You will conduct delivery and training sessions for key users, ensuring clients are confident and self-sufficient in using the platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering points of improvement by translating these into actionable solutions aligned with the strategic goals of the client. You will support the growth of the Belgian client base, with a focus on Flanders and expansion towards Wallonia and Northern France. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and report directly to the Operations Manager. Profiel Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably within Business Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field in software. At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, project management, business or functional analysis within tech/software environments. Strong analytical skills and a keen ability to interpret complex data. Proven track record in project management combined with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management with strong relationship builder skills. Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic conversations, clarify deliverables and build long-term client relationships. Strategic thinker, capable of bridging the gap between data and business objectives. Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on mentality is essential in this stand-alone position. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required. Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and, in the future, to Northern France.
