ACSL is an Antwerp-based company operating at the center of global B2B technology trading. Our e-procurement platform helps international organizations manage hardware and service sourcing in 175+ countries. Behind that platform is a team of 90+ colleagues across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to help lead and evolve our people strategy worldwide — and take a seat on the ACSL Management Committee.
🌍 Your role = global impact
You’ll work in a small HR team (HR Manager + HR Assistant) and own the full employee lifecycle across our international workforce.
You will:
* Act as HR Business Partner to management
* Design and implement HR policies and processes
* Lead international recruitment & onboarding
* Manage performance evaluations and salary review cycles
* Handle compensation & benefits
* Oversee Belgian payroll and international service provider payments
* Draft employment contracts and service agreements
* Drive training, development, and employee wellbeing initiatives
* Stay closely connected with colleagues worldwide
* Support office management in Antwerp

✅ You bring
* Master’s degree in HR, Business, or similar
* 6-10 years of HR experience, including a senior hands-on role
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law
* Experience with payroll, HR systems, and compensation
* Fluent Dutch & English
