About the role
As a Project Leader ASIC, you will coordinate multiple ASIC design projects, handling all aspects from inception to delivery within an agreed budget and timeline. Sharing design experiences with colleagues and enhancing the quality of projects are key elements of this role.
Key responsibilities
* Define scope and timelines, align resources, and drive execution while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
* Shape and validate end-to-end system architecture, with accountability for solution coherence and outputs.
* Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating reviews, updates, and clear documentation flow.
* Motivate and support the design team, contribute to performance assessments, and foster healthy team collaboration.
* Ensure delivery excellence through risk oversight, review approvals, and continuous improvement practices.
What we're looking for
* Master’s degree in electrical engineering (microelectronics preferred) with up to 7 years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal semiconductor design and development.
* Proficient in project and time management, with the ability to estimate engineering effort, create realistic plans, and drive execution.
* Strong analytical capability to understand complex design challenges, assess their criticality, and resolve issues effectively.
* Highly organized team player who motivates others, communicates and presents clearly, and performs well under pressure.
* Fluent in written and spoken English, results-oriented, resilient, and willing to travel internationally.
