As a UX Designer, here's what you'll do
This role is about more than designing screens — it's about asking the right questions before jumping to answers. We believe great design starts with understanding: the people we're building for, the challenges they face, and the context they operate in. If you find joy in discovery, in exploring complex problems, and in working closely with others to shape thoughtful, human-centered solutions — then you might feel right at home with us. We care deeply about collaboration, learning from each other, and creating space for honest conversation and shared growth.
* Spend time exploring and framing the problem space — talking to users & stakeholders, investigating workflows, gathering context.
* Collaborate closely with the POs, developers, BAs and other designers to explore ideas and define solutions.
* Translate insights into clear and thoughtful design concepts — from early sketches to detailed mock-ups.
* Advocate for the user perspective while staying grounded in what's feasible and valuable for the business.
* Contribute to and evolve our design system with consistency and care.
* Take part in user testing, discovery interviews, and feedback sessions — not as a checkbox, but as a core part of your process.

: alternately from our headquarters in Mechelen and from home. The working hours are flexible. The focus is on the quality of your work.

gross salary is supplemented
