As an Online Art Director, you will be part of one of Bershka's most creative multidisciplinary teams. Along with Photographers, Stylists, and Video Makers, you would be part of the creative thinking process, developing and supervising the brand’s online image, insuring its alignment with Bershka’s DNA.
What’s your typical day like?
You will develop and supervise the entire photography and video shootings processes for New In campaigns.
You will create and supervise the development of brand concepts through trend research, moodboards, and references that will be used to express the company’s brand image (typography, images, colors, etc.).
You will collaborate with the Production team in overseeing the general look shooting, from the selection of the model to the post-production modifications.
You will constantly keep up with the latest trends in the market and among competitors in order to them reflect them through our brand image.
How do we imagine you?
You have an eye for detail, visual composition, and an innate sense of style. You’re up to date with the latest fashion trends as well the newest technology for your field of specialty.
You’ve studied Photography/Communication/Art or Graphic Design, have already banked 5 years of experience as a Fashion Art Director for international businesses in a market similar to that of Bershka’s.
You also have a high level of English and advanced knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Your trigger for creativity is working in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
