The Role
Telmaco is seeking an AV Technical Project Manager to manage and deliver professional audiovisual projects based in Brussels. The role involves driving the technical solution to be implemented and ensuring compliance with the applicable project standards.
The AV Technical Project Manager will work closely with engineering, procurement, installation teams, and external partners, acting as the main point of contact for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of professional audiovisual projects
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
* Coordinate teams ensuring a successful completion
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
* Manage risks, changes, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
* Ability to undertake handover tests with the project client and AV technicians and programmers
Skills & Qualifications
* Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Audio Visual
* Proven experience in managing professional audiovisual projects
* Strong knowledge of AV systems (audio, video, control, conferencing)
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and system documentation
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
* Fluency in English and French is required
